All of our packages are designed to be hassle free. On the day of your experience we Deliver, Set up & Style, check everything is in order and leave to let you and your family/friends enjoy your celebration. We then return to pack down and collect the next day.
It’s stress free when booking with us! Simply fill out our booking form with your desired experience and date and we’ll send you a quote with all of the details. We recommend booking 3-5 weeks in advance to ensure availability of your experience and date, but can accommodate last minute bookings subject to availability. Your party is not officially booked until we receive a $100 non-refundable deposit and our Terms & Conditions have been electronically signed. Final guest count is due (14) days prior to the event and the final balance is due (7) days prior to the event.
Not at all! We try to cater to all age ranges. We can help elevate your date night, proposal, Mommy/Daddy & Me Sleepovers, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, girls night, fun for the entire family and more!
We understand that life happens. Please reach out and let us know as soon as there is a change. We will do our very best to work with you to find the best solution. Please note that the $100.00 deposit is non-refundable regardless of circumstance. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
The amount of space needed will depend on how many guests/tents you will have for your party. Each individual teepee setup is approximately 4.25ft. wide x 6.25ft long. We can arrange in various configurations depending on your space. Please remember to allow space in front of the tents for guests to access their teepees. Send us a photo + measurements of your space and we can help!
About 1 week before your party our team will reach out to confirm your party details and guest count. At that time, we will provide a set up timeframe for the day of your event. To make setting up the tents a breeze on the day of your party please make sure the area where you want the tents is free of furniture or other things that might be in the way. Cozy Campouts is not responsible for moving and/or cleaning any items/furniture. PETS: We ADORE our furry friends! We ask that you ensure they are not in the tent space during set up or pick up, this is for their safety as we move things around, and for an efficient party set up.
Set up typically takes 1-3 hours depending on the numbers of tents, party location, theme, etc. Take down averages 45-60 minutes.
Our rental period is approximately 24 hours. Earlier or extended rental windows can be arranged by request.
Let us do the work! We deliver, assemble, and style your chosen teepee decor. After your event, we return the next day to pack it all up. Each tent will have it’s own mattress and fully decorated bed to match your theme, this includes : fitted sheet, fuzzy blanket, bed tray, lanterns, fairy lights, tent garland, decorative pillows, theme accessories, balloon toppers, and more. Please refer to our pricing page to see what is included in each package.

Delivery Made Easy!
We proudly deliver within a 40-mile radius of Lakeville, MN and a 20-mile radius of Rochester, MN as part of our standard service area. Need us a bit farther out? No problem—just note that a small travel fee may apply. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, we reserve the right to decline deliveries outside our range.
We’d love to help you create the event of your dreams! Contact us to see how we can help. Some customizations may be subject to an additional fee. Many times, our clients request a combination of colors and inventory from different themes we already offer, in which case, a fee is not assessed.
Our cozy sleepover tents are designed for indoor adventures only. For outdoor fun under the stars, check out our charming and spacious bell tents.
All guests should bring their own sleeping pillow for hygiene purposes.
We don’t stay for the party (think of us as your behind-the-scenes crew) but we’ll make sure everything is set up just right to celebrate in style.
